Why I Built SetClick Pro
Hi, I’m SkullKill, a working musician who’s spent countless hours on stage and in rehearsal. Like many of you, I (and my bands) have struggled with clunky metronome apps and trying to stay organized and on tempo during live performances.
I needed a tool that could:
- Work reliably offline (because internet at venues is… unreliable)
- Run on any device I have with me
- Let me prepare everything at home on my computer, then use it on stage from my phone
- Not require app store approvals or platform-specific versions
- Be fast, simple, and bulletproof when it matters most
When I couldn’t find exactly what I needed, I built it. SetClick Pro is the result, and now I’m sharing it with fellow musicians who face the same challenges.
