Yes! If you have your songs in a spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, etc.), you can import them as CSV. Just format your spreadsheet with these columns:
Save as CSV and import via Settings > Import Songs CSV
SetClick Pro offers two backup methods:
1. Songs CSV Export: Export just your songs to edit in Excel or as a simple backup
2. JSON Backup (Recommended): Complete system backup including songs, setlists, shows, and settings
To create a backup:
To restore: Settings > Import JSON Backup > Select your backup file
Note: Importing a JSON Backup overwrites any other data in the app. Use caution if you have made changes in the app that are not in the Backup.
Importing a Songs Backup CSV will ADD to the existing song data in the APP. New songs will be added and existing songs will be updated as long as an existing song ID is not changed in the CSV file.
Yes! You can export your Setlists as CSV files to open as a spreadheet, share, or format for print.
Currently, SetClick Pro does not have automatic cloud sync. Your data is stored locally on each device.

SetClick Pro can look up songs from Spotify’s massive database to automatically fill in song details like duration, album information, and more. This makes adding songs much faster than manual entry.
When adding or editing a song, click “Lookup Song Data” and search for your song. If it’s in Spotify’s database, details will be auto-filled!
No personal Spotify account is needed to use the song data lookup in SetClick Pro.
SetClick Pro uses the Spotify Web API to access song data. When you lookup a song:

The service worker automatically updates the app files while keeping your data untouched. You’ll see a brief “Caching app…” banner when an update downloads, then everything continues normally with all your content intact!

💡 Screen Timeout When Not Playing
When you’re not actively playing click tracks, your screen may still dim or lock according to your device’s normal timeout settings. To prevent this while reviewing setlists or taking breaks, consider adjusting your screen timeout in device settings or setting Auto-Lock to “Never” temporarily during performances. Remember to change it back after your show!
