Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information or song data to our servers without your permission.
Optional advanced, group and Cloud features may be offered in the future that could have a fee-based subscription component. If a user chooses to subscribe, a User Login and payment method would be required and certain user data such as songs, setlists etc. necessary for the additional features and functionality would be stored on our servers. This data would be accessible solely to the User and members of their Group if Group features are used.
Google Analytics is used in the App and Website to provide insight into App feature usage, stability and Website activity in order to continue to improve the product. We do not track identifiable User information.
The Spotify integration uses the Spotify API for song lookup. Use of Spotify data is subject to Spotify’s Terms of Service.
SetClick Pro single user version is free to use. Donations may be made to the developer voluntarily and are not required. Optional advanced, group and Cloud features may be offered in the future that could have a fee-based subscription component.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
